Instructional Designer

Responsibilities:Design, develop, and evaluate interactive web-based training courses, simulations and the overall methodologies. The Instructional Designer will work with other course designers and subject matter experts to leverage best practices to ensure the overall effectiveness of course content and delivery.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Training and Development, Organizational Development or related field.
• 3-5 years knowledge of and experience in adult learning methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to create, build and deliver effective WBT programs.
• FEMA Inspection Services Program understanding highly desirable.
