Steps for Submitting Your Application for a Free Wind Inspection

Click on the Free Wind Inspection Application link below, then answer the questions and fill out the application.

If you do not provide the insurance information requested in this application, your report may not contain information about estimated premium discounts in your wind inspection report.

Review your answers and submit your application using the "SUBMIT" button.

Using the "PRINT" button, print out a copy your application for your records.

If you think you may qualify for the program as a low-income homeowner, please click
the "For the Low Income Homeowner" link prior to completing this application.

Note: If your application for a free wind inspection is approved, you will be contacted by a State of Florida approved inspector who will reference your application number. Click on either of the following links to view a list of department approved inspection firms and inspectors.  If you prefer, you can go to "www.mysafefloridahome.com" and click on "Wind Inspections" to view the list.
