Outstanding Equipment

Inspectors who currently possess more equipment than what is provided in one complete inspection kit will not be eligible for future deployments. Inspectors must return all additional equipment to regain deployment eligibility. Details on how to return equipment and what is included in an inspection kit follow.
Equipment Guidelines
Returning Equipment:
Inspectors who possess more equipment than what is provided in one complete inspection kit (AC charger, DC charger, battery charger, two batteries, one stylus pen, one HP camera, one camera charger, one USB cable for camera, camera case, one Fujitsu tablet, and a harsh environmental case) will not be eligible for future deployments. Inspectors must return all additional to regain deployment eligibility.
Equipment is to be returned using the UPS label enclosed in your box. Please record the UPS tracking number from this label for your records. This tracking number may be used at www.ups.com after shipment to check the status of your return. With the enclosed return label the package may be dropped off at any UPS authorized shipper or directly to a UPS driver. Please return equipment in the same box in which it was issued to you. Equipment is to only be returned using the enclosed return shipping label. Do not return this equipment to a field office or field employee.
Equipment should be returned to the address printed on the label.

Once the equipment is received at our warehouse facility, our inventory records will be updated to reflect your return. Please note that these records cannot be updated until we receive the equipment.
Equipment Damage:
Please note that you are responsible for the condition of the equipment. Equipment should be returned in the condition in which it was issued. If equipment is not returned in proper packaging, it may be damaged. Please return equipment in the same box in which it was issued to you. If any of the equipment issued to you is damaged or not returned, Parsons Brinckerhoff/FEMA can and will withhold any payments due, until resolution is made to the satisfaction of the Program Manager, Parsons Brinckerhoff/FEMA.
Lost/Stolen Equipment:
Any equipment lost or stolen must be reported to Parsons Brinckerhoff immediately. Please call us at 1-866-317-9421 to report theft or loss. If equipment is stolen, a police report must be provided for our records. After reporting theft to the number above, please fax a copy of your police report to 540-662-8002 including your name and inspector ID.
