New Courses Available within eLearning

2008 Winter Update
This new course contains information recently collected from FEMA directives reflecting various changes in policy, procedures and programs.


Winter Storm Course
This material covers common areas of damage, safety recommendations when working in severe weather and additional types of disasters that may result from winter storms. For more information on getting started with eLearning, visit our FAQ area.

Fire Course
This material covers common areas of damage, specific line item descriptions and a discussion of other types of disasters that may cause fire.

Tornado and Windstorm Course
This material covers common areas of damage, specific line item descriptions and a further discussion of destroyed dwellings. For more information on getting started with eLearning, visit our FAQ area.

Earthquake Course
This material covers common areas of damage, the various dwelling tags and safety precautions that should be taken.

Flood Course
This course presents an in-depth discussion of flooding, its subsequent damages and how to record those damages during an inspection.
