PB Announces New Inspector Compensation Program

PB is excited to inform inspectors of our new unprecedented inspector compensation scale. Inspectors will receive a base rate and an additional bonus directly related to field performance. The award will be based on critical fields that are evaluated by FEMA (i.e. turnaround time, quality, customer service, etc.). Exceptional performance in these areas will result in the highest pay rates that have ever been available to inspectors. This plan will go into effect with new task orders and the details will be made available at that time.
