Senior Management Changes in Winchester!

After 10 years, Hugh Inglis is stepping down from his role as project manager of Parsons Brinckerhoff’s (PB’s) FEMA Housing Inspection Services Project.  Hugh has been named manager of the Emergency Response and Disaster Preparedness division at PB.  Hugh will assume overall responsibility for PB’s emergency response and disaster preparedness consulting operations nationwide.  He will serve as principal-in-charge over the FEMA Housing Inspection Services project and will continue to maintain a close relationship with our client.

Greg Reynolds will be taking over the role of project manager of the FEMA Housing Inspection Services Project.  As many of you know, Greg has been with the project for over 11 years, working as the deputy project director, Texas National Processing Services Center (NPSC) operations manager and NPSC coordinator, as well as a field operations manger.  Greg also served 10 years with FEMA as inspection services chief and other various managerial roles. His past experience on the current program and his extensive experience with FEMA gives him unparalleled knowledge of the entire inspection process and of FEMA policies and procedures.  Greg will continue to ensure that all aspects of program delivery, client and customer satisfaction and quality control meet FEMA’s high standards.
