Webinars are available for August

Check out the schedule for webinars this month. In addition to the Inspector Orientation Webinars, this month we'll also be presenting an introduction to the ACE3 software. These webinars are presented in 3 parts. Part 1 will cover those screens used to verify/record applicant information, including the Scheduling Inspection Screen, The Registration Screen, The Dwelling Screen and The Unmet Needs Screen. Part 2 covers The Real Property and Personal Property Screens. Part 3 covers the Comments Screen, the Post Inspection Screen and The Summary Screens.
These webinars are structured so that you can take any or all parts of ACE3. All parts will be recorded and posted to the Inspector Webpage for later viewing in case you miss some.
We will also be offering a webinar on security and frequently asked questions concerning security issues on August 26th. Attendance is limited, but this too will be recorded and posted for reviewing at a later time.
